Fusewise is now generally available
Fusewise is live for Swiss-law M&A legal due diligence. Upload a target's virtual data room and Fusewise produces a source-linked red-flag due-diligence report that a professional reviewer can verify against the underlying documents. This first release includes:
- Automated multi-workstream review. Specialist AI agents review the data room across the core legal domains of an M&A review: corporate, contracts, financing, employment, real estate, IP/IT, litigation, regulatory, insurance, pensions/social security, and tax.
- Source-linked findings. Findings link back to the supporting passage in the source document, so conclusions stay traceable and defensible.
- Red / Amber / Green ratings. Findings are rated by deal impact.
- Broad data-room ingestion. Upload an entire VDR (as a ZIP or individual files) in common document, spreadsheet, presentation, email, and image formats; scanned documents are read via OCR. Uploaded files are malware-scanned.
- Guided scoping. A role-aware questionnaire and a per-entity coverage overview let you confirm scope before analysis runs.
- Incremental updates with versioning. Re-analyse only the affected workstreams when the data room changes, with a clean report plus a redline of what changed; earlier versions are retained.
- Exports. Export findings and reports to PDF and Word.
Security & data residency
Application data is hosted in Switzerland (Microsoft Azure Switzerland); AI inference runs on EU-region endpoints. Sign-in uses enterprise single sign-on (Microsoft Entra ID / OIDC) and customer data is encrypted with per-tenant keys. Fusewise is actively pursuing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification (in progress; not yet certified).
